It's been a hot minute since I have shared the latest happenings in my universe and in my Las Cruces Massage Therapy practice. Before I share the highlights of my 2026 adventures (so far), I'll share the local news, how you can help a local Las Cruces organization by getting a massage from me in August!

BPSW is an animal rescue organization whose Las Cruces animal sanctuary was hit hard by a flash flood. To contribute to their fundraisers, I am offering over 30% of fees for a special Bodywork Sanctuary treatment, plus accepting donations, from August 10th - 31st.

From the Chihuahuan Desert to teaching yoga on a Caribbean island, to the Pacific Northwest and presenting at a conference, back to Las Cruces for research, to San Diego for more ocean time and a conference with Mapsters, back through the Sonoran Desert to home.
